Yes! There are 19 covered parking spots on south side of CRC with 4 additional ADA parking spots. Bike and stroller parking is also available in the covered portion of the CRC south parking lot. There are also two lots available to the west and north of the CRC. The north parking lot has EV chargers available.
All CRC parking is free. See the Parking Map for more information on parking.

The free Afterschool program registration begins June 1 for the following school year. Click here to go to the Afterschool webpage to sign up. This membership is also available in Amilia under the Memberships tab and is restricted to Oak Park resident students from grades 6-12. It will take place every school day until 6:00P.
Yes, scholarships can be used toward the membership but you will have to contact the Scholarship Coordinator, Scott Sekulich, at 708-725-2023 or info@pdop.org.
Guest Wi-Fi will not need a password. Guest Wi-Fi will be labeled PDOP-Guest. You can connect to the Wi-Fi and as soon as you open a web browser, it’ll take you to a login portal for access. Once you accept terms and hit ‘connect’, you will get internet.
Yes, feel free to drop-in! A staff member will guide you around the facility.
All patrons looking to use the facility amenities will check in at the front desk of the CRC.
The Community Recreation Center community rooms are only available to Oak Park businesses, nonprofits (at a reduced rate), and governmental agencies and partners for activities and meetings that are free and open to the public.
Reservations can be made quarterly, starting:
Dec 1 for Jan 1 – Mar 31
Mar 1 for Apr 1 –Jun 30
Jun 1 for Jul 1 – Sept 30
Sept 1 for Oct 1 – Dec 31

Yes, the appropriate daily admission fee will apply and must be during open hours. For ages 17 & under: A parent/guardian must sign the Waiver, Code of Conduct.
Closed-toe athletic shoes are required in the fitness center. Non-marking sole shoes required in the Gymnasium.
No but membership rates are different based on residency. However the free after school membership is only available for Oak Park resident students.
Yes you can, but we will have to register you for the free Oak Park resident track membership once you get there. Save time by registering online before you come!
No, you will have to remove all contents from the lockers before leaving the facility for the day. Lockers will be checked daily after closing and any items left will be removed/discarded.
Adult and teen memberships (ages 12+) have access to all the amenities of the CRC: indoor track, gymnasium, fitness center including strength and cardio equipment, community rooms, E-sports Lounge during designated hours, and locker room and amenities.
There will be a monthly gym schedule available to see the open sports play including basketball, pickleball, and volleyball. There are also designated times for youth and adults.
If you are on the monthly subscription option, either a credit card or ACH would be required. For the annual membership option, cash, check, card, or e-check is allowed.
If you have the monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime through your Amilia “My Account”. You will still have access through the end of the month. For an annual membership, you must reach out to the PDOP for the cancellation. There are no cancellation penalty fees.
You can request to have your membership put on hold or be canceled.
Yes! The CRC Playzone was built for that exact purpose. Please review our Playzone page regarding hours, rates, and other info.
No. The CRC Playzone is for children of paid CRC members; members whom are using the CRC amenities.
Caregivers are allowed to use their strollers inside the CRC when dropping off and picking up young children from the Play Zone. All other times, we require strollers be stored in the designated racks located in the covered parking lot just outside the back entrance, using your own lock.
