E-Sports Gaming Birthday Parties
Throw a birthday party everyone is sure to remember at the E-Sports Lounge at Community Recreation Center!
Our fun and experienced staff will provide a fun gaming environment!
We will work closely with you on every detail to ensure your birthday party is filled with fun. Let us throw your party with memories that will last a lifetime!
Party Reservation Information:
- Package includes party child and up to 10 guests (total of 11) for 2 hours.
- Max of 15 guests for all ages
- No refunds for additional children over 15 will be given less than 7 days before the party
Party Format:
- Our birthday parties are structured to provide entertainment for the kids while you relax!
- Parties will start with a brief presentation on safety and respecting the equipment.
- The conjoined multipurpose room is where the food, gifts and cake will go.
- Once done in the Gaming area, all participants will be escorted to the party room where they can enjoy food, cake, and presents.
- Party leaders will help with serving food and help clean up the room afterward, including carrying the party supplies and presents to your car and trash removal.
Party Includes:
- A commemorative gift for the birthday child.
- A dedicated party leader.
- Party room.
- Planned games and activities.
- Help with food service and clean up.
- Assistance moving supplies/gifts to your car.
- Trash removal.
Please note that cancellation requests received up to 14 days prior to party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation requests made within 14 days of party dare are not eligible for a refund.
Things To Note:
- All food must be either catered or otherwise pre-packaged, with the exception of birthday cake. Be mindful of potential allergies of your party goers!
- Decorations and supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc) are the responsibility of the party host.
- No wall decorations, table decorations are welcome!
CANCELLATION must occur at least 3 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund of half the cost of the party. Within 3 weeks prior to the event, no refund is available. RESCHEDULING must occur 3 weeks prior to the event. Due to limited space and time, there are no rescheduling guarantees. With less than 3 weeks prior to the party, no rescheduling is available.
