If the student is in the classes for ages 2-6, moving up is based solely on their birthdate.
Students in the 6+ classes (except tumbling) will have their skills evaluated by their coaches during class from February 12 to 25. After that, students will receive an evaluation sheet showing their prowess at different skills and their total score; they will need to reach certain score levels to move up.
If your student is moving up, before registration begins you will be given a form to fill out with your preferred days and times for the new class, as well as instructions on what you need to do to ensure a smooth registration.
