The PDOP Strategic Plan is a blueprint that outlines actions that the commissioners and staff will undertake to maintain the highest quality service delivery desired by the community while operating effectively and efficiently investing taxpayer dollars. The plan is a dynamic document. Because of this, changes may be made as the PDOP adjusts to new circumstances, while keeping its focus on meeting the needs of the communities and individuals it serves.
