Teen Cooking Around the World

Join Chef Tara Humphrey of the Global Peel as she explores culture through cooking. Your child will experience a hands-on cooking class with recipes and techniques from around the world.  Chef Tara will touch on multiple cultures in this condensed version of our Summer Camp for Spring Break!   Learn history, eat lunch, and share our common story with your fellow students in the Cheney kitchen and dining room. Great food and life skills to carry forward. We are all family around food. Come for a day or come for the whole week!   Ages 12-16

School’s Out: Preschool Edition Mar 25

Join the Park District of Oak Park on select days when District 97 is out of school.  Participants will have fun as they laugh, play, and explore the day away.  Different days will explore different content areas.  Please dress your child for messy play inside and outside.

March Group Lessons & Open Range Time (3/3-3/24)

Interested in shooting a bow & arrow? Sign up with our certified archery instructor who will encourage and coach all ages and levels. All skill levels are welcome – even absolute beginners! Classes will take place indoors, with safety guidelines in place. All ten students shoot at the same time to maximize the time spent practicing, with two archers to one target.

Archery is for everyone! Our instructor is trained in adaptive archery and the elements used to make this sport accessible. Please contact us if there are any accommodations you may need.

There is no Archery Class on Monday, March 10th.
