Join us for an afternoon to learn the game of Bridge! Our instructor will get you familiar and comfortable with the game so you can join our Friday Dole Bridge Club or play with family and friends! These are all one-day registrations.

Computer & Smart Phone Help

Do you have questions about your smartphone or computer? Come in and get more familiar with your technology. Learn what your devices can do for you. Have questions without a device? Ask our technology instructor to use one of our desktop computers. Are you looking to use a desktop computer for emails, projects, shopping, etc.? Sign up to use one of ours on your own as needed! Free for Active Adult Members! These are all one-day registrations.

American Mahjong is a fun, engaging, and educational experience designed for players of all levels! Whether you're a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this program provides the perfect balance of instruction and hands-on play.

Learn the Basics – Understand the fundamental rules, tile meanings, and winning strategies with step-by-step guidance.
Practice with Guidance – Play in a supportive environment with expert tips and real-time coaching.
Strategy & Advanced Play – Master essential tactics, improve your tile-reading abilities and enhance your game through interactive lessons.
Social & Fun – Meet fellow Mahjong enthusiasts, participate in friendly matches, and enjoy the thrill of the game.

Lapidary Open Studio

Join us each month, where you can work on your lapidary projects with access to our equipment and tools! Ideal for those with basic lapidary experience who want to practice their skills, polish stones, or finish up ongoing projects. Our instructor will be on hand to offer guidance as needed, but this is primarily a freeform creative hour. Bring your stones or use some of our studio materials.

 

Spring Plant & Tool Exchange

Join us for a plant swap at the Oak Park Conservatory! Join other gardeners and share your favorite plants and extra tools at the annual spring exchange. Please bring at least one healthy plant from your garden or a houseplant to participate in the swap. Be sure to label your plants. You can bring as many as you like!

Advanced registration required to attend this free event!

Help keep plastic pots out of our landfills – save your garden plastic pots from the Annual Plant Sale and return them for reuse.
