Light Body Work (Friday)

Start your morning with light strength and cardio workout. Steps, dumbbells, and a mat are used to develop your muscle strength for your upper body, lower body and core. As you activate your major muscle groups and increase balance, you will feel strong and refreshed in this motivating group setting. See you at the class!

Hip Hop Cycle (Friday)

High energy hip hop spin class! Sprints,climbs, runs, and upper body work. Looking to torch calories and build endurance this class is it! Definitely not your average spin class and all fitness levels are welcome.
