All Ages Stick & Puck

All players must pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the session.

Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates

Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear – helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates

Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.

Scrimmages of any sort are strictly prohibited. 

Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Stick & Puck.

Skaters must supply their own pucks.

Skaters under 12 must be accompanied on the ice by an adult.

Nia (Tuesday)

This unique fitness class blends dance, martial arts, and healing to achieve your fitness goals and express yourself through movement and sensation. Come experience Nia in this barefoot, aerobic, movement based class. Appropriate for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.
