Toad Abode Workshop – 5/9/26

On these hot summer days, amphibians like frogs and toads need a place to cool off! Today we’re making terracotta toad houses. They’ll provide our cold-blooded pals a place to hide from the sun, so they can relax before eating our garden pests! All materials provided.

Garden Signs

Add a personal touch to your garden with a handmade sign! In this creative, beginner-friendly workshop, participants will design and decorate custom garden signs using paint, stencils, and weather-resistant materials. Our instructor will guide you through layout and lettering techniques to help your personality bloom right alongside your plants. Whether you label your herbs, mark your veggies, or create a whimsical welcome sign, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece ready to display outdoors.

Foam Rolling (Saturday)

Using tools such as a lacrosse ball and a foam roller, this class focuses on self massage techniques that relieve muscle tension and increase range of motion. Self myofascial release corrects postural imbalances and improves neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain. Learn and practice techniques that is popular among athletes–from gymnasts to basketball players–to decrease post-exercise recovery time, enhance performance, and prevent injury. You'll also learn new core exercises to help stabilize your body during everyday movements.
