Join the Park District of Oak Park on select days when District 97 is out of school. Participants will have fun as they laugh, play, and explore the day away. Different days will explore different content areas. Please dress your child for messy play inside and outside.
Children will engage in hands-on tasks to strengthen their fine motor skills, coordination, and concentration. These activities also introduce early science concepts such as gravity, volume, motion, and cause and effect.
Stop in at the Austin Gardens Environmental Education Center to learn, play, and explore! Each month is a different theme, so there's always new stuff to see.
This program is free and open to the public – registration is optional but available so you can mark your calendars!
