Are you crazy for chocolate? Still trying to figure out how to temper it? Join local chocolatier and Chef, Christina Nixon, for a fun, delicious, and informative hands-on class learning about the finicky finesse of milk, white, and dark chocolate.
You will learn important techniques for tempering, molding, how to use, and enjoy this amazing delicacy! Participants will create and package their own chocolate bars and bark. Ages 18+

Cheney Mansion turns into the home of your favorite winter Princesses for one night of fun, games, and the coolest dance party in town. You and your princess will be treated to a meet and greet and hanging out while our Princesses take up residence at Cheney Mansion. We will have snacks and treats and activities for each guest. Registration includes one caregiver and one child — you only need to register one caregiver. All children must be accompanied by an adult. After dinner and magic, take to the dance floor under twinkling lights as our dance instructors guide you through two fun and easy 20-minute lessons, no experience needed! In between, enjoy open dancing to the sounds of a live DJ spinning a perfect mix of timeless classics and contemporary hits.
