November Global Passport: The Navajo Nation (10/28-11/18/2026)

Pack your bags, we're traveling the world! In this class we'll explore a different country or nation every month and learn about their culture, environment, and more. These sessions differ from our previous classes, as you register for four weeks at a time. This is so we can cover broader topics and work on projects that carry over from class to class.

This month, we're sticking close to home and learning about a Nation within our own borders. We're learning about this historic & present day Navajo/Diné people!

Restorative Yoga (Wednesday)

Escape your busy day with this 45-minute mid-day sanctuary. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, passive practice that targets the nervous system using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. By holding gentle poses for several minutes, this class will reinvigorate your vibes through de-stressing your body, lowering anxiety, and promoting profound healing. Perfect for your lunch break to completely relieve and revive your mind and body!

Experience a dynamic Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

Deciduous Forest: Leaf Litter Life – Biome Builders 11/11/2026

This class, aimed at younger students, focuses on habitats from around the world. Each month we will explore a different biome and learn about the animals and plants that call it home. Children will work on a different project or hands-on activity each week.

This month, we're exploring the deciduous forest! Today, we're looking at the decomposers that lives close to our feet.
