LesMills BODYPUMP (TM) is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 45-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises, like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
All players must pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the session.
Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates
Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear – helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates
Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.
Scrimmages of any sort are strictly prohibited.
Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Skills & Drills sessions.
