Step and Pump (Tuesday)

A full-body strength workout to tone your butt and thighs. Start with basic movements on our steppers, along with squat and lunge patterns to target the legs. Combine these with exercises such as burpees, push-ups, and weight plate movements. Don’t worry—there are plenty of options to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful.

Body Sculpt (Tuesday)

Start your morning with light strength and cardio workout. Steps, dumbbells, and a mat are used to develop your muscle strength for your upper body, lower body and core. As you activate your major muscle groups and increase balance, you will feel strong and refreshed in this motivating group setting. See you at the class!

Pilates (Tuesday)

Experience a dynamic Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

Preschool Playtime (ages 1-6)

$7 per visit, or buy a prepaid 10-visit pass for $60.

A favorite with all our preschoolers, this is an open gym for children 1-6 years old. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Drop-ins will not accepted after max registrations have been reached, even if other participants leave. Registration opens 7 days before each Playtime, and you have up to 24 hours before each Playtime to cancel your pre-registration.
