Yoga Barre (Sunday)

This fusion class consists of Yoga and strength training. Exercises will focus on abs, bottom and inner thigh to achieve long lean muscle tone and also to give that booty a pop! Class is done in bare feet, socks with grips, or ballet shoes. 

Cardio HIIT + Core (Sunday)

HIIT or High intensity interval training is a fantastic workout for all bodies. This interval-based full-body strength and cardio training focused on short bursts of intense work. Moderate to high impact exercises focus on aerobic and anaerobic fitness for max results. Finish the class with core-based conditioning focused on abdomen and back strength and stretching.

Nia (Sunday)

This unique fitness class blends dance, martial arts, and healing to achieve your fitness goals and express yourself through movement and sensation. Come experience Nia in this barefoot, aerobic, movement based class. Appropriate for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.

Feeling overwhelmed and helpless about the future of our planet? Join Counselor Karina Conrad (LCPC) in a safe, facilitated and supportive group space to process emotions related to the climate and ecological crisis that's happening in the world today.

Climate Cafés are not designed to lead you to any conclusion or toward action – the emphasis is on personal sharing and reflection in the face of uncertainties to build emotional resilience.

Small cost to cover the provided refreshments.
