Mothers’ Day!

Celebrate Mother’s Day with creativity and quality time in our special Mother’s Day Art Class! This class is perfect for mothers, grandmothers, and loved ones to enjoy an inspiring, relaxing art experience together. Whether you’re painting, drawing, or creating a mixed-media piece, our friendly instructor will guide you step-by-step, helping you make a heartfelt artwork that captures the love and joy of the day. This class is beginner-friendly, so no art experience is needed—just bring your creativity and love for Mom! All materials are provided, along with light refreshments, making this a memorable Mother’s Day experience filled with color, creativity, and connection.

Foam Rolling (Saturday)

Using tools such as a lacrosse ball and a foam roller, this class focuses on self massage techniques that relieve muscle tension and increase range of motion. Self myofascial release corrects postural imbalances and improves neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain. Learn and practice techniques that is popular among athletes–from gymnasts to basketball players–to decrease post-exercise recovery time, enhance performance, and prevent injury. You'll also learn new core exercises to help stabilize your body during everyday movements. 

May Creative Cooking (Morning)

Creative Cooking offers life skills and artwork all wrapped into one awesome class! They are designed for students to explore their creativity in the kitchen!  A different theme and recipe (or two!) will be introduced in each workshop. While the food cooks, bakes, or simmers, our little chefs will enjoy additional art and/or games during those times. Each child will go home with their recipes to share with the entire family.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow (Saturday)

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement, flowing from one pose to the next. It enhances strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, fostering both physical and mental balance.

Cycle (Saturday)

There's something for everyone in these classes: Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!
