Rink Membership are available under the "Membership/Passes"  tab.

Youth Stick & Puck (Ages 6-13)

All players must pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the session.

Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Face covering, helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates

Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear – helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates

Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.

Scrimmages of any sort are strictly prohibited. 

Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Stick & Puck sessions.

Low Impact Full-Body Workout (Sunday)

Join this class for a rejuvenating fitness experience that's gentle on your joints while effectively targeting every muscle group. This Low-Impact Full-Body Workout offers a satisfying blend of strength, flexibility, and cardio, suitable for all fitness levels. Come and discover how gentle movements can still yield powerful results.

Cardio HIIT + Core (Sunday)

HIIT or High intensity interval training is a fantastic workout for all bodies. This interval-based full-body strength and cardio training focused on short bursts of intense work. Moderate to high impact exercises focus on aerobic and anaerobic fitness for max results. Finish the class with core-based conditioning focused on abdomen and back strength and stretching.

Spring Plant & Tool Exchange

Join us for a plant swap at the Oak Park Conservatory! Join other gardeners and share your favorite plants and extra tools at the annual spring exchange. Please bring at least one healthy plant from your garden or a houseplant to participate in the swap. Be sure to label your plants. You can bring as many as you like!
