Lapidary Open Studio

Come in to work on lapidary projects independently, with an instructor available to assist or answer questions. Space is limited, but you are welcome to bring projects from home or start fresh here. experience is preferred

PowerStrength (Tuesday)

 

Progressive strength training, this 45-minute class focuses on building muscle, improving technique and growing confidence while lifting weights in a slower tempo to generate hypertrophy.

Ceramics Open Studio 1.5 Hours

Come on in to finish pieces you worked on in our other classes like Family Ceramics, Youth Ceramics, Beginners Ceramics, Beginners' Wheel, and Partner Ceramics

Nia (Tuesday)

This unique fitness class blends dance, martial arts, and healing to achieve your fitness goals and express yourself through movement and sensation. Come experience Nia in this barefoot, aerobic, movement based class. Appropriate for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.
