Conservatory Yoga (Friday)

Reconnect with nature and yourself in this calming yoga class set within the beauty of the Conservatory, where gentle movement and mindful breathing cultivate balance, relaxation, and a sense of inner peace.

We will be under the tent in the garden weather permitting; class will be inside otherwise. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel if preferred.

Nia (Friday)

This unique fitness class blends dance, martial arts, and healing to achieve your fitness goals and express yourself through movement and sensation. Come experience Nia in this barefoot, aerobic, movement based class. Appropriate for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.
