Cycle (Sunday)

There's something for everyone in these classes: Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!

All Ages Stick & Puck

All players must pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the session.

Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates

Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear – helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates

Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.

Scrimmages of any sort are strictly prohibited. 

Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Skills & Drills sessions.

Summer Preschool Playtime (Ages 1-6)

$7 per visit, or buy a 10-visit punch pass for $60!

A favorite with all our preschoolers, this is an open gym for children 1-6 years old. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Only one adult per registered child is permitted. Snacks during playtime in the lobby are highly discouraged. 

Max pre-registrations per playtime/60.

Registration opens 7 days before each scheduled date and closes 1 hour before each scheduled date. You have up to 24 hours before the session starts to cancel your pre-registration.

Fox River Tubing

Join us for a float down the Fox River! We're heading to the Marge Cline Whitewater course for a day of tubing fun. 

Registration covers transportation and tube rentals. Meet at Fox Center.

Our friends at Yak Shack recommend: Please don't use temporary hair colors, as it isn't as temporary in the helmet padding. River footwear should have an ankle/heel strap, stay hydrated and please wear your sunscreen!

The Park District recommends: Please pack your lunch and water bottle, and dress appropriately for the water. We will be going into the river – while lifejackets are provided, knowing how to swim is important for your own safety.

Nia (Sunday)

This unique fitness class blends dance, martial arts, and healing to achieve your fitness goals and express yourself through movement and sensation. Come experience Nia in this barefoot, aerobic, movement based class. Appropriate for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.
