Chef Tara Humphrey guides you through the foundational techniques every great baker needs — from mastering yeast doughs and nurturing sourdough starters to crafting delicate pastries, tender cakes, and foolproof quick breads.

Lapidary Open Studio

Come in to work on lapidary projects independently, with an instructor available to assist or answer questions. Space is limited, but you are welcome to bring projects from home or start fresh here. experience is preferred

Step and Pump (Tuesday)

A full-body strength workout to tone your butt and thighs. Start with basic movements on our steppers, along with squat and lunge patterns to target the legs. Combine these with exercises such as burpees, push-ups, and weight plate movements. Don’t worry—there are plenty of options to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful.
