PowerStrength (Monday)

 

Progressive strength training, this 45-minute class focuses on building muscle, improving technique and growing confidence while lifting weights in a slower tempo to generate hypertrophy.

Power Vinyasa (Monday)

Improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and mental stillness with this challenging yet accessible yoga class. Explore breath to movement and learn more about your personal yoga practice.

Magic Academy! – Spring 2026

Featuring the internationally recognized and award winning ‘Discover Magic’ curriculum, professional magician Aaron Fasel will amaze you with new tricks and guide you in how to perform them yourself! Each week, junior magicians will focus on one of the Eight Traits of a True Magician and leave class with a new prop and file folder for their magic dossier so they can perform at home.
