All Ages Stick & Puck

All players must pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the session.

Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates

Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear – helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates

Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.

Scrimmages of any sort are strictly prohibited. 

Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Skills & Drills sessions.

Prairie Dog Pop-Up

Join us for an hour of animal fun! Each week we’ll learn about a different animal using games, art, animal artifacts (both real and replica), and more!

Explore the lives of one of America's most important rodents – the prairie dog! We're using art and games to discover the life of these very special ground squirrels.

 

This workshop is for children accompanied by an adult. Adults are expected to stay for the duration of the workshop – it is not a drop-off program.

July Creative Cooking (Afternoon)

Creative Cooking offers life skills and artwork all wrapped into one awesome class! They are designed for students to explore their creativity in the kitchen!  A different theme and recipe (or two!) will be introduced in each workshop. While the food cooks, bakes, or simmers, our little chefs will enjoy additional art and/or games during those times. Each child will go home with their recipes to share with the entire family.

Werq Dance Fitness (Saturday)

Build cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your heart muscle while dancing to today's hottest Top 40 Pop, Rock and Hip Hop Music!

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.

Foam Rolling (Saturday)

Using tools such as a lacrosse ball and a foam roller, this class focuses on self massage techniques that relieve muscle tension and increase range of motion. Self myofascial release corrects postural imbalances and improves neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain. Learn and practice techniques that is popular among athletes–from gymnasts to basketball players–to decrease post-exercise recovery time, enhance performance, and prevent injury. You'll also learn new core exercises to help stabilize your body during everyday movements.
