WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.

Foam Rolling (Saturday)

Using tools such as a lacrosse ball and a foam roller, this class focuses on self massage techniques that relieve muscle tension and increase range of motion. Self myofascial release corrects postural imbalances and improves neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain. Learn and practice techniques that is popular among athletes–from gymnasts to basketball players–to decrease post-exercise recovery time, enhance performance, and prevent injury. You'll also learn new core exercises to help stabilize your body during everyday movements. 

Cardio HIIT + Core (Saturday)

HIIT or High intensity interval training is a fantastic workout for all bodies. This interval-based full-body strength and cardio training focused on short bursts of intense work. Moderate to high impact exercises focus on aerobic and anaerobic fitness for max results. Finish the class with core-based conditioning focused on abdomen and back strength and stretching.

Reading and Stringing Nov 9

Join us for bead-stringing fun with your toddler! Let them explore new skills by creating necklaces or bracelets with big and medium beads. Then, enjoy a Storytime to end the session! 

Mini Passport – Nov 9

Have your toddler experience a mini version of our passport program for elementary kids. Crafts and games Enjoy an activity with the PDOP. We will take care of the rest.
