Brewery Tour: Revolution Brewing

Come join us at Revolution Brewing for a private tour of their brewery and taproom! We'll have the tour to ourselves as we learn the process of making some of our favorite beers, plus the science that goes into it.

Registration covers transportation to and from the brewery, the tour, two 5-oz. sample pours per person (one of which is an unreleased brew!) a can of beer to enjoy during the tour, and a Revolution pint glass to take home.

Low Impact Full-Body Workout (Sunday)

Join this class for a rejuvenating fitness experience that's gentle on your joints while effectively targeting every muscle group. This Low-Impact Full-Body Workout offers a satisfying blend of strength, flexibility, and cardio, suitable for all fitness levels. Come and discover how gentle movements can still yield powerful results.

Yoga Barre (Sunday)

This fusion class consists of Yoga and strength training. Exercises will focus on abs, bottom and inner thigh to achieve long lean muscle tone and also to give that booty a pop! Class is done in bare feet, socks with grips, or ballet shoes. 

Cycle (Sunday)

There's something for everyone in these classes: Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!
