We know different birds eat different foods, but now we have to get it to them! Join us in making bird feeders designed for a variety of songbird cuisine, and take them home for your own garden, porch, or balcony. All materials provided, and everyone leaves with at least two bird feeders!

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.
Using tools such as a lacrosse ball and a foam roller, this class focuses on self massage techniques that relieve muscle tension and increase range of motion. Self myofascial release corrects postural imbalances and improves neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain. Learn and practice techniques that is popular among athletes–from gymnasts to basketball players–to decrease post-exercise recovery time, enhance performance, and prevent injury. You'll also learn new core exercises to help stabilize your body during everyday movements.
