Charcuterie Board Basics 101

With Summer gatherings and parties in full swing, what could be more apropos than a platter of meat and cheese? We’ll be putting together a charcuterie board that starts with your base.

No culinary skills needed here, this is simply an artistic expression of using fresh, seasonal, and delicious foods, while cultivating a skill and utilizing your creativity.

Two drink tickets are included in your registration. Ages 21+  

Core + Cardio Dance (Thursday)

Ready to ditch the treadmill and have a blast while getting a full-body workout? This core and cardio dance fitness class combines infectious music with dynamic dance moves to sculpt your core, boost your cardio, and leave you feeling energized and empowered.

*OUTDOOR* Sunset Slow Flow Yoga (Thursday)

This gentle flow yoga class combines a slow-paced flow class with a restorative component to relax and renew while enjoying the great outdoors. The class is ideal for both the beginner and seasoned practitioner.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Props such as blocks, blankets, and straps will not be provided but you are welcome to bring them from home.

Body Flow (Thursday)

Unite the mind, body, and spirit with a dynamic class that blends the best of yoga, pilates, and tai chi. This unique practice emphasizes stretch, balance, and coordination, leaving you feeling centered, energized, and ready to take on the day.

Cooking Around The World Week 2 Afternoon Session Aug 11-14

Join Chef Tara Humphrey of the Global Peel as she explores culture through cooking.  Your camper will investigate new regions daily and discover a broad range of flavors from several countries.  Highlights each week will be cheese making, dumplings, sous vide, pasta, and more.  Learn history, eat lunch and share our common story with your fellow students in the Cheney kitchen and dining room.  Great food and life skills to carry forward.  We are all family around food.
