Join Chef Tara Humphrey of the Global Peel as she explores culture through cooking. Food trucks are everywhere and humans love a food they can fit in their hands. Arepas, Banh Mi, Beguni, Chapli Kebab, Poutine, Tacos, and don’t forget the Chicago Dawg. Learn history, eat dinner, and share our common story with your fellow students in the Cheney kitchen and dining room. Great food and life skills to carry forward. We are all family around food.
