Join Chef Tara Humphrey of Global Peel for a culinary and cultural tour around the world through food. This month we will bring you to Australia and New Zealand where we are slinging a slice of beetroot on top of a hamburger patty and making our own buns. We’ll be eating emu, crayfish, and taro. Prepare for a debate on the origin of a Pavlova while we make the meringue. Chef Tara has planned a menu and you and your kitchen mates will prepare the whole menu and enjoy the fruits of your labor in the Cheney dining room while you explore cultures. Bring your favorite beer or wine to sip or Chef Tara will send suggested menu pairings. Ages 21+
