How to Cancel Activities in the Amilia App

Some exceptions apply. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to learn more.

Click on the Calendar section on the bottom menu. Select the registration you would like to cancel.

Select ‘Cancel this event’ at the bottom of the registration description.

Click the ‘Terminate enrollment’ button on the bottom of the screen to confirm your cancellation.

Please Note:

    • Must wait 48 hours after registering to cancel.
    • Registrations must have been paid in full using a credit card only.
    • Programs have varying cancellation deadlines. Please check our policy by clicking here.
    • Cancellations are refunded directly to the credit card that was used to register.
    • Camps cannot be cancelled through the Amilia app.
    • To cancel subscriptions and memberships, use the Amilia website and cancel under ‘My Account.’
    • Call Guest Services at (708) 725-2000 with all other cancellation requests.
