Gentle Yoga, Soma Yoga, Beginning/continuing Yoga, and Candlelight Yoga all utilize Yin Yoga techniques which allow for slow, deep stretching, and improved circulation. These classes can help with recovery, stress management, flexibility, and increasing mobility.
