Certain activities that require a permit include, but are not limited to:
- Gatherings/events with 12+ people
- Bringing outside equipment into a park
- Events requiring a specific location within a park
- Professional filming or photography
- Use of any amplified sound

Dog park passes must be renewed every year. Resubmit all necessary materials every 12 months to info@pdop.org. See the Dog Park Pass page for details.
Yes, please return your card to the Park District of Oak Park. You will have your $10 deposit refunded to you.
Please contact Bill Hamilton in the event of maintenance issues, dog fights, or other issues.
If you lose your key card, you will lose your deposit and must pay a new $10 deposit for a replacement. Contact info@pdop.org.
