Get creative and learn the basics of hand sewing in this fun, beginner-friendly class! Participants will design and stitch their very own plushie using simple patterns, soft fabrics, and basic sewing techniques. Our instructor will guide you step-by-step, from threading a needle to adding the final details that bring your plush creation to life. All materials are provided, and everyone will leave with a handmade plushie to take home.
What do animals need in their homes to be happy? Let's find out! We're going on a nature walk to see how different animals live, plus using natural materials to build our own models of the places our local wildlife call home.
Guided by our skilled lapidary and jewelry-making instructor, you’ll learn essential soldering techniques to create beautiful, durable jewelry pieces. Each week, participants will work on a new project, completing a total of six unique creations by the end of the course.
