Cycle (Saturday)

There's something for everyone in these classes: Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!

BOOTCAMP: Strength Training (Saturday)

This strength training class will help to sculpt your physique, build muscle, and enhance overall strength through dynamic workouts that combine resistance training, functional movements, and high-intensity exercises in a motivating group setting!

BODYPUMP (Saturday)

 LesMills BODYPUMP(TM) is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises, like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
