Sunset Slow Flow Yoga (Thursday)

This gentle flow yoga class combines a slow-paced flow class with restorative elements to relax and renew in candlelight. This class is ideal for both the beginner and seasoned practitioner.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Props such as blocks, blankets, and straps will be provided but you are welcome to bring them from home.

Nia (Thursday)

This unique fitness class blends dance, martial arts, and healing to achieve your fitness goals and express yourself through movement and sensation. Come experience Nia in this barefoot, aerobic, movement based class. Appropriate for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.

Cycle + Foam Rolling (Thursday)

Combine the heart pumping cardio from Cycle with exercises designed to strengthen your abs and low back and you have an exercise experience leaving you ready to conquer the day! This class is designed for all abilities, especially those who need to work on stretching and/or strengthening your core muscles.

Yoga Sculpt (Wednesday)

This workout is great for all ages. It uses gentle and effective approach mobility, flexibility, strength, and cardio. By using light weights, blocks, straps, and other equipment the whole body will get a good workout. 

Beginning and Continuing Yoga (Wednesday)

This class is a multi-level experience for both those new to yoga and those working to grow their practice. This class will help students understand the benefits of yoga: strength, balance, body awareness, alignment and more. We will work toward improving range of motion, coordination, concentration and mind body spirit connection. We will also focus on elongating and stabilizing the muscles we use in daily living. This is a great way to connect with your body and other active individuals in our community.
