As the winds howl through the towering oaks and the mist clings to the iron-wrought gates, the story begins with the shocking murder. Amid this web of deceit and treachery, an ambitious detective, Inspector James Hartwell, arrives on the scene, determined to unravel the truth before the killer strikes again.
Start the story at Pleasant Home and finish the mystery at Cheney Manion. Appetizers and dinner will keep you moving as your team clears the shadows surrounding these homes. Drink tickets are also included in your registration. Ages 21+

Fridays are for FUN. Sign up to join a lovely group of friends for an afternoon of competition. Scrabble- two to four players score points by placing tiles, each bearing a single letter, onto a game board divided into a 15×15 grid of squares. The tiles must form words that, in crossword fashion, read left to right in rows or downward in columns and are included in a standard dictionary or lexicon.
Join us for an afternoon of party bridge. Bridge has been the favorite card game to many notable Oak Park residents including Elizabeth Cheney (of Cheney Mansion). Join your fellow Bridge enthusiasts for an afternoon of card etiquette and serious gameplay in a relaxing environment. No partner is needed. These are all one-day registrations.
