Combine these with exercises such as burpees, push-ups, and weight plate movements. Don’t worry—there are plenty of options to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful.
Progressive strength training, this 45-minute class focuses on building muscle, improving technique and growing confidence while lifting weights in a slower tempo to generate hypertrophy.
Come in to work on lapidary projects independently, with an instructor available to assist or answer questions. Space is limited, but you are welcome to bring projects from home or start fresh here. experience is preferred
