A full-body strength workout to tone your butt and thighs. Start with basic movements on our steppers, along with squat and lunge patterns to target the legs. Combine these with exercises such as burpees, push-ups, and weight plate movements. Don’t worry—there are plenty of options to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful.
Summer camp registration begins at 8:30A on Saturday, Feb 7 for Oak Park residents, and Saturday, Feb 14 for non-residents.
