Have you ever been interested in checking out Nia through the Park District but been unsure of what to expect?  If this sounds like you, come check out our quarterly Nia Jam.  Nia blends the dance, martial, and healing arts all done to great soundtracks and is both a workout for the body as well as for the soul.  Nia Jams bring in teachers and students from both Oak Park and the Chicagoland area so that you can get a sense of different teachers' styles as well as get to know new people.  We'd love to see you there!
