Join Chef Tara Humphrey of Global Peel for a culinary and cultural tour around the world through food.

In April, Kibbeh, Kafta, and Kebab will be the stars of the menu, while tabouleh, stuffed grape leaves, and mujadara hold their own. For dessert, we will make homemade baklava.   Chef Tara has planned a menu and you and your kitchen mates will prepare the whole menu and enjoy the fruits of your labor in the Cheney dining room while you explore cultures. Bring your favorite beer or wine to sip or Chef Tara will send suggested menu pairings. Ages 21+
