Baking Classes with Chef P – Pumpkin Cream Puffs with Salted Caramel

Join Pastry Chef Petrina Collins for a seasonal and themed baking classes in the Cheney kitchen.  These aren't cupcakes and cake pops.  You will create beautiful, detailed and delicious baked goods you can easily then make at home.

Think about sinking your teeth into a dessert with a luscious pumpkin cream filling and topped off with a delicious savory/sweet crunch.

You will create this dessert with a very versatile pate a chou pastry, fill it with pumpkin cream and top it off with homemade caramel.  No baking experience necessary.  Come join us for a sweet Sunday!
