Party details:

• • Package includes the birthday child and up to 10 guests (11 total youth/teens)
    • Including adults, 20 guests maximum
    • Additional children over 11 cannot be refunded within 7 days of the party date
  • Guests should arrive at 12:30P. Set-up time begins at 1200P.

Party includes:

• • 2 hours of private party time at AGEEC, plus 30 minutes for setup
  • Artifact exploration (shells, furs, fossils, and more!) led by one of our staff naturalists
  • Naturalist-led nature themed craft
  • Main multipurpose room for food, cake, and gifts
  • Staff available for assistance throughout the party
  • Trash removal

Please note:

• • All food must be either catered or otherwise pre-packaged, with the exception of birthday cake. Be mindful of potential allergies of your party goers!
  • Decorations and supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc.) are the responsibility of the party host.
  • Bring sticky-tack if you wish to hang decorations on the walls. It is the only adhesive allowed in the room, no tape permitted. 

CANCELLATION must occur at least 3 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund of half the cost of the party. Within 3 weeks prior to the event, no refund is available.

RESCHEDULING must occur 3 weeks prior to the event. Due to limited space and time, there are no rescheduling guarantees. With less than 3 weeks prior to the party, no rescheduling is available.
