From classic console favorites to cutting-edge PC titles, our state-of-the-art equipment ensures non-stop entertainment for all. Our team will work closely with you to ensure your birthday party leaves everyone with lasting memories.
Party Details:
- Package includes the birthday child and up to 10 guests (11 total youth/teens)
- Including adults, 20 guests maximum
- Additional children over 11 cannot be refunded within 7 days of the party date
- Guests should arrive at 12:00P. The Esports Lounge will be in use until your reserved time begins.

Party Includes:
- 2.5-hour party reservation, plus 30 minutes for setup
- Esports Lounge gaming session led by 2 staff members
- Multipurpose party room for food, cake, and gifts
- Access to our game library – click here to browse
- Staff available for assistance throughout the party
- Trash removal
Please note that cancellation requests received up to 14 days prior to party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation requests made within 14 days of party date are not eligible for a refund.
Please Note:
- All food must be either catered or otherwise pre-packaged, with the exception of birthday cake. Be mindful of potential allergies of your party goers!
- Decorations and supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc.) are the responsibility of the party host.
- Bring sticky-tack if you wish to hang decorations on the walls. It is the only adhesive allowed in the room, no tape permitted.Â
CANCELLATION must occur at least 3 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund of half the cost of the party. Within 3 weeks prior to the event, no refund is available. RESCHEDULING must occur 3 weeks prior to the event. Due to limited space and time, there are no rescheduling guarantees. With less than 3 weeks prior to the party, no rescheduling is available.
