Join us outside for some fresh air while you get your body moving! This 8-week session includes one yoga and one strength class each week. Over the session, you will have the opportunity to take class from multiple instructors so you can try a variety of workout styles.

 

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel if preferred.
