This strength training class will help to sculpt your physique, build muscle, and enhance overall strength through dynamic workouts that combine resistance training, functional movements, and high-intensity exercises in a motivating group setting!

Please note that the splash pad and comfort station at Field Park will be closed beginning at 7:00A on Tuesday, August 19 for approximately 4-6 hours.
