Guided by a professional artist, you'll create your very own masterpiece step-by-step, inspired by the season. You'll take home a treasure to be proud of, whether you're a complete novice or seasoned painter. All materials will be provided. Wine, beer, soft drinks, and light snacks are included. Two drink tickets per person included in your registration. Registration will close 48 hours prior in order for us to have enough supplies. Sip, laugh, socialize, and let your creativity soar! Chicago's professional women’s a cappella ensemble, La Caccina, opens its 15th Anniversary Season with Ladies' Home Journal, a concert that turns traditional ideas of femininity on their heads. Join the singers at Pleasant Home for an afternoon of music that celebrates feminine strength, resilience, and resourcefulness. Repertoire will span multiple styles and genres from Andrea Ramsey's moving "Letter from a Girl to the World" to Sister Sledge's groovy "We Are Family." Enjoy light refreshments and hear what the Chicago Tribune calls La Caccina's "pearly blend and pitch-perfect intonation" in one of Oak Park's acoustic and architectural gems.
