Ending the Silence for Families

This free mental health, suicide prevention and anti-stigma program is presentation tailored to parents and caregivers, focused on how to talk with youth about mental health issues and how to work with school staff.

Parents learn about mental illnesses directly from a trained two-person team, one of whom is a young adult living in recovery with a mental illness. It emphasizes that mental illness is treatable and recovery is possible. Includes visual presentation of signs and symptoms of various mental illnesses and Q&A session.

All Ages Stick & Puck

All players must pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the session.

Gear Requirements 18 & Up: Face covering, helmet, elbow pads, gloves, shin pads, hockey skates

Gear Requirements 17 & Under: Full gear – helmet w/ full face shield, chest pad, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates

Stick & Puck is for open hockey and skill practice only.

Scrimmages of any sort are strictly prohibited. 

Coaching and instruction of any sort is strictly prohibited during Skills & Drills sessions.
