Austin Gardens Environmental Education Center

Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex

Completely renovated in 2014, it now reuse of existing, original roof structure, high efficiency HVAC equipment, solar photo voltaic system was installed on roof, and achieved Gold LEED certification.  Read more about LEED certification at RCRC.

Passive House Design/Certification, Source Zero Energy Certification, Geothermal system, super insulation, solar panel system, electrical load monitoring, and rain garden.
