Unplug Illinois in Scoville Park

Unplug Illinois is a campaign that encourages residents to unplug from their electronics and plug into play, exploration, and friendships! Come down to Scoville park with the family and engage in any of our FREE activities:

• 9:15A – 9:45A Family Yoga Demo at the stage area
• 10:00A – 10:15A Guided Meditation presented by Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago
• 9:00A – 12:00P Tennis Instruction at on Courts #1 and #2
• 9:00A-12:00P Walking Path Challenge for all ages with healthy treats provided by Trader Joe’s and the Park District of Oak Park
• 10:30A – 11:00A Family Zumba with Takara
• 11:30 -12:00P Family WERQ/Zumba dance workout with Takara

There will also be a Scoville Walking Path Fitness challenge, arts & crafts, and more!

The Park District’s Pop-up Bike full of active games will be onsite; The Village of Oak Park, Collaboration for Early Childhood, the Mental Health Board, and the Oak Park Public Library will all be on hand with great support and ideas to maintain physical and mental health!
