November brings the discovery of Ghana-work with seafood, make fufu, accara, jollof rice, plantains and more. . January brings warm and comforting food from Poland. February brings us to Mexico and let’s make mole and tamales and celebrate Mesoamerican recipes. In March, travel to South Korea and learn the comfort of Korean Barbecue, making banchun, bulgogi and of course kimchi.. Tara has planned recipes for each session, and you will enjoy the fruits of your labor in the Cheney dining room while you explore cultures. Bring along your favorite wine to sip or Tara will send suggested menu pairings. Ages 21+
