Join Chef Tara Humphrey of Global Peel for a culinary and cultrual tour around the world through food. In September, explore the depth of flavors of paella, learning seafood techniques and tapas. In October, as the weather changes, feast on the delicious comforting flavors of Thailand. November brings the discovery of one of the world's most historical places. January brings us to Louisiana and the rich flavors embedded in cajun cuisine. February, welcome to Greece and create the balanced flavors of mediterranean cuisine. Finally March will bring you to Argentina and grilling indoors, creating an asada spread and wonderful dulche de leche. Chef Tara has planned a menu for each session and you and your kitchen mates will prepare the whole menu and enjoy the fruits of your labor in the Cheney dining room while you explore cultures. Bring your favorite beer or wine to sip or Chef Tara will send suggested menu pairings. Ages 21+
